I just wanted to leave a quick note on the sign to lead guests to their rooms… I’m not sure that you meant “wary” (cautious or sensing danger), or “weary” (tired, exhausted).

I’m sorry you feel that way about your circumstances. You didn’t do anything wrong to deserve your financial situation. Everyone has circumstances and personal struggles. Money is usually, but not always a deep theme. Life is often tons of struggling and suffering – and it hits everyone – but in different ways and intensity. Seems to me this current stage of your struggles are very challenging indeed. I believe if you change your mindset towards your situation for the positive, the solution will eventually show itself as well. Try to let go of the negative and you will be free. Good luck:).

I’m so happy that I found your blog. Congrats on hitting $3 million and on your way to $5 million. 🙂 I totally agree that the first million is the hardest and my husband and I are currently chugging our way towards it. I also saved up money before having my daughter and it gave me so much peace of mind that made my pregnancy and parental leave much less stressful. I also gave up my side hustle right before having her and may pick up another one once we feel safe enough to put her in daycare when she’s older.
